Academy Programmes Winter 2013
Our high-quality intensive academy programmes are for young cricketers teaching the skills of batting, bowling and fielding with an emphasis on developing confidence, skills, fitness, tactical awareness and an enjoyment of the game. The elite programmes run for 20 weeks over the autumn/winter period from u10/11 age group through to the Senior Academy for aspiring u15 to u17 cricketers who have the desire to become professional cricketers. The programmes are organised by Matt Homes who is a UKCC3 ECB Head Coach and led by fully ECB-qualified coaches including up to five Level 3 coaches. All coaches are also trained first-aiders and have passed the CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checks necessary to be safe and responsible coaches.
